Colette A. Lett

Colette A. Lett, 71, went home to be with the Lord on October 26, 2023.

A lifelong resident of Akron, she graduated from Field High School and Southern Ohio College. She was employed at Norton Plastics for 7 years. Her hobbies included crocheting, reading and fishing, and she enjoyed boating, walking at the lake, feeding wildlife, and crossword puzzles.

Colette was preceded in death by her father, Donald L. Wilson; sister, Leslie K. Wilson; and son, David M. Lett. She is survived by her mother, Shirley Wilson; sons, Kevin Lett and Kyle (Wendy) Lett; daughter, Kelly (Josh) Beyl; daughter-in-law, Dawn Lett; sister, Toni L. Miller; grandchildren, Jake (Alexis), Kyleigh, Benjamin, Nathan, Darren, Dylan, Jorden, Karli; great-grandchild, Jayce; nephew, Jason (Gretchen) Miller.

Family and friends will be received Thursday, November 2nd from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44312. Funeral service will be held Friday, November 3rd at 11 a.m. with an hour of calling beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Neuroendocrine Cancers Research Fund (giveto.osu.edu/makeagift/?fund=310389).
