Christina J. Sommers, 32, is now in the arms of Jesus, her Lord and Savior, December 16, 2014.

Christina was a very loving mother, wife, daughter and friend. Her passion was first to her Lord and her faith in Jesus her Savior. The joy of her life was her children and family. She was always concerned about others before herself. Survived by her loving and devoted husband of 10 years, Ross; son, Caleb; daughter, Adalyn; parents, David and Judi Sammons; brother, Matthew Sammons and fiancée, Tiffany Evans; sisters, Stephanie (Zach) Fletcher and Michelle (Jon) Warren; mother-in-law and father-in-law, BessAnn and Darrell Sommers; brother-in-law, Logan Sommers; grandparents, Karen (Jack) Fergus, Robert Iverson, and Mary Sammons; and great grandmother, Eileen Jenkins.

The family will receive friends Friday, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 34 S. Cleveland Avenue (Route 532), MOGADORE, Ohio 44260. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, 1 p.m., at Springfield Church of the Brethren, 3500 Albrecht Ave., Akron, Ohio 44312, with Pastor Kris Hawk officiating. A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
