Carol J. Sanner

Carol J. Sanner (Milhoan) Carol J. Sanner, age 74, passed away peacefully July 2, 2016. 

Born in Akron she was a life resident of the area. Carol retired from The Crawford Library Bindery. She was a member of the South Akron Orioles Nest 167. Carol loved spending time at the ocean in Florida. Preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Eleanor Milhoan. She is survived by her children, Sheryl (George), and Ron (Tammy) Sanner; grandchildren, Kyle (Jenn), Kailey, Brittany, Brooke, and Brier; former husband and friend, Donald Sanner (Denise); brother, Jack (Patty) Milhoan; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Carol’s family would like to thank her caregiver, Cathy for all of her kindness and love. 

Friends and family will be received Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312. Per Carol’s wishes, cremation will take place following the visitation. The family suggests memorials be made to the American Lung Association.
