Carl "Bill" William Bollman

Carl W. “Bill” Bollman, age 92, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2021. Born and raised in Akron, he was a WWII Navy veteran. Bill retired from Goodyear and also worked as a police officer with the Lakemore Police Department. He was a member of the Army Navy Club #102 and a life member of the NRA. He loved to go hunting and fishing. Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Bollman. He is survived by his children, Bill (Linda) Bollman and Marie (Bud) Ankrom; grandchildren, Bill Bollman III (Jessica Kekel), Nathan (Debbie) Bollman, and Raymond (Melony) Schumacher; great-grandchildren, Scottie Schumacher, Matt Schumacher, Raymond Schumacher, Michael Torcchio, and Peri Bollman; brother, Bob Bollman; and sisters, Jean Hall, Sandy, and Pat. Friends and Family will be received Monday, June 21st, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91) Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312.
