Cara L. Reeves

Cara L. Reeves, age 64, went home to be with the Lord on January 17, 2014.

Born in Canton, she lived most of her life in Akron and graduated from Southeast High School. Cara was employed with RB&W in Kent, and volunteered with the Red Cross. She enjoyed crafts, gardening and sewing.

Preceded in death by her grandmother, Bessie Gove; she is survived by son, Bret Reeves; daughter, Brandy (Donnie) Holmes; daughter-in-law, Glenda Reeves; grandchildren, Connor, Katelyn and Kyleigh; parents, Carol and Charles Allen; brother, Curt (Connie) Overholt, Charles (Anna) Allen; sister, Chalana (Jake) Sarver; aunts, Diana Custer and Patricia Breckenridge; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale Street NW, UNIONTOWN, Ohio 44685 (one block NW of the square of 619 & Cleveland Ave.) with Pastor Michael Shaub officiating.
