Beverly K. "Bev" Winland

Beverly K. “Bev” Winland, age 72, went home to be with the Lord on December 16, 2019. Born in Cambridge, Ohio, she lived in Akron most of her life and graduated from Buchtel High School. Bev was employed with Ameritech (AT&T) for 27 years, and also owned several businesses over the years: TLC Express Dry Cleaning, Renaissance Poetry Grams, as well as multiple in-home businesses. She was a member of Connect Church. Her hobbies included games, painting, crosswords and karaoke. Bev also enjoyed reading, crocheting, singing and vacationing. Preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill); her parents, James and Dorothy Sigman; and sisters, Barbara and Patricia, Bev is survived by her daughters, Lisa (Greg), Michele and Tammy (Ted); grandchildren, Justin, Josh, Christian, Tannya, Kayla, Charity, Hope, Eddie, Lillibet-Joy, Zachary and Dakota; and great-grandchildren, Rory, Connor, Tiernan, Skyler, Aria, Haidyn and Jemma. Family and friends will be received Saturday, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Hopkins Lawver MOGADORE Funeral Home, 34 S. Cleveland Avenue (Route 532), Mogadore, Ohio 44260, where Funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Randy Vandemark officiating.
