Beatrice E. Piotter

Beatrice E. Piotter, 82, passed away October 5, 2012.

She was born in Akron, Ohio and was a life resident of the area. Beatrice was employed by Summa (Akron City) Health Systems. Preceded in death by her parents; brother, James; sisters, Patti Bittle and Kay Miller. She is survived by her husband, Bruce D.; children, Cheri (Mick) Carmichael, Nancy (Ray) Gabbler, Vicki (Butch) Blood, Jami Finney, Bruce Piotter and Theresa (Jeff) May; 17 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; brother, Gene (Marilyn) Brodie; many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Monday at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44312. Private graveside services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family at Chestnut Hill Cemetery.
