Beatrice Mitzo

Beatrice Mitzo (Skowronski), age 86 of Sagamore Hills, was reunited with her husband of 64 years, Andrew Mitzo on January 1, 2017. Born April 14, 1930, Bea was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She enjoyed dancing, traveling, and being a mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Stella Skowronski; her two brothers, Dick and David Skowronski; and her two sisters, Patricia (Babika) Skowronski and Marieanne (Carozza) Skowronski. Her children, Kim Mitzo Thompson (Scott), Karen Mitzo Hilderbrand, Todd Mitzo (Bethany) are blessed to call her “mom”. She was the beloved grandmother of Andrew, Tyler, Austin, Morgan, Bailey, Brady and Cody; and a dear aunt and great aunt to many. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 6, 2017, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Northampton United Methodist Church, 852 W. Bath Road, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44223 with a Celebration of Life service immediately following, Rev. Keith McLaughlin officiating. Burial will follow at Northfield-Macedonia Cemetery.
