Barbara A. Labbe

Barbara A. Labbe, age 73, passed away on January 13, 2016 surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous battle. 

Born in Akron, she lived in Uniontown most of her life. Barbara was a homemaker and a member of Little Flower Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Gertrude Kraus; and husband, Ronald in 2005, she is survived by her brothers, Dennis J. (Elizabeth) and Robert J. (Sharon); sister, Theresa (Bob) Henson; sister-in-law, Jeannine (Jerry) Cunningham; nephews, Marty, Tom, John, Ronnie and David; nieces, Christine and Laura; and lifelong friends, Ron and Jan Keagy. 

Friends and family will be received Sunday, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale Street NW, UNIONTOWN, Ohio 44685 (one block NW of the square of 619 & Cleveland Ave.) Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, 10 a.m. at Little Flower Catholic Church, 2040 Diamond Street NE, Canton, Ohio 44721 with Father Leo J. Wehrlin presiding. Procession will form at the church. Burial will follow at North Canton Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to the American Diabetes Association.
