Arlene M. (Engel) Tredway

Arlene M. Tredway, age 90, passed away surrounded by her daughters on April 1, 2022. 

Born in Belgrade, MN she lived in Akron, OH. She attended First Church of God in Tallmadge and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. 

Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Tredway; brothers, Orville and Stanley; and sisters, Phyllis and Patsy. She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Riddle, Nancy Ellinwood, and Carolyn Engels; grandchildren, Jason, Heather (Ryan), Joshua, Brooke, Adrena, Katelyn, and Brandon; great-grandchildren, Elijah, Lacey, Rory, and Owen; brothers, Ralph and Lee; sisters, Ozella and Eldoris; and many nieces and nephews. 

Calling hours will be held Thursday, April 7th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd. Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312. A funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. with Pastor Doug Walter officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
