Anna M. Allison

It is with sadness that we announce that on January 30, at the age of 88, Anna M. Allison went home to be with her Lord and Savior. As Psalm 16:11 puts it, “In Your presence is fullness of joy, at Your right hand are pleasures forever more.”

Anna was born on March 2, 1934 in Akron, Ohio to Raymond Johnson and Mary M. Schuller. She married Lorain (Pete) Allison on June 29, 1953 and raised 4 children, Kimberly, Jack, John, and Karen. Anna spent her life caring for her family. She loved to sew, making clothing and dolls.

Anna was predeceased by her husband, Pete in 2011. She is survived by her four children, Kimberly Hockenbrocht, Jack Allison, John Allison (Cathy), and Karen Winn (Scott). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Chad Allison, Sandy Koca (Quintin), Sarah Chien (Phil), Matt Hockenbrocht (Tessa), Jill Brewer (Adam), Ashley Winn, and Brinn Winn. Anna is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 8^th at 5 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver UNIONTOWN Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale Street NW (one block NW of the square of 619 & Cleveland Avenue), Uniontown, Ohio 44685.
