Ann E. Willsey

Ann E. Willsey, 85, went home to be with the Lord on February 4, 2023.

Born in London, England she was a resident of Akron. She worked at Cascade Holiday Inn and later at Vaccaro’s. Annie was a member of Springfield Assembly of God, where she helped with the church nursery and sang in the choir. She loved to save animals and spend time with her loved ones.

Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Willsey; son, Mark Willsey; parents, George and Annie Anderson; and brother, Steve Anderson. She is survived by her children, John Willsey and Sharon Walker, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in the care of Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home.

Friends and family will be received Saturday, February 11^th from 9 to 11 a.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd. Akron (Ellet), OH 44312. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. with burial to follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
