Amanda Inez Begue

Amanda Inez Begue, age 81, died peacefully and surrounded by her children on August 23, 2013.

Inez was born in Alliance, Ohio on September 4, 1931 to Michele and Antoinette Pisanello, and was a graduate of Alliance High School. She enjoyed golfing, and her weekly card club, which she hosted the week before she died. Inez loved her family and hosting family gatherings at her red brick house on Griggy Road in Suffield.

Preceded in death by her husband, Charles (Chick); brothers, Angelo and Ronnie; and her sister, Amelia, she is survived by her children, Michele (Jim) Douglas, Lanna (Tom) Smith, Fred Begue, Denise (Mark) Midei, Chuck (Julie) Begue, Jill (Paul) Wolford, Pam (Ron) Crock and Gary (Shelly) Begue; 24 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Loretta; and brothers, Vincent and Dante.

Friends may call at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 34 S. Cleveland Avenue (Route 532), MOGADORE, Ohio 44260 from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, 2 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2643 Waterloo Road, Mogadore, Ohio 44260 with Father Thomas Acker, S.J. presiding. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to her church.
