Alma Jean Lough

Alma Jean Lough, age 88, passed away October 1, 2013 in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Born in West Virginia on February 20, 1925, Jean and her husband, Walter “Bud” moved to Ohio and lived in Springfield Twp. before moving to Hartville, where they raised their three children. After retirement, they lived in Arizona and North Carolina before moving to Idaho to live close to their daughter.

Preceded in death by husband, Walter A. on March 5, 2004; and son, Richard Allen “Dick” Lough on January 18, 2009; Jean is survived by son, Walter Dennis Lough (Denise) and daughter, Deborah Jean Cobb (Douglas); daughter-in-law, Mary Jo; grandchildren, Russell Lough, Danelle Stover (Nick), Damon Lough (Kristy), David Lough, Gannyn Lough, Matthew Lough (Gina) and Brent Shirley; and six great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44312, where funeral service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
