Alberta Ann Ramsay

Alberta Ann Ramsay, 90, passed away at home with her family on October 18, 2021. Alberta was always stepping up to help care for family and friends. She loved travelling with her dear friend, Ruby Kenepp and visiting with her neighbor, Lourena. Mom welcomed our friends into our home and loved to fill the table for everyone to enjoy her excellent meals. Alberta was a second mother to the Hillman Rd. clan and the Ellet gang! Alberta is proceeded in death by; her parents, Dallas and Dorma Jarvis; her husband, George; and grandson, Chace Ramsay. Alberta is survived by; her special sister and life-long friend, Teddie Fair; children, Timothy (Terri), Jill (Charles), Kevin (Robin), Joy, and Judy (Kevin); four granddaughters; and seven great-grandchildren. Alberta’s instructions for her children: “Dearest children, you have been my greatest pleasure and achievement. Live a good life and meet your Dad and I in Heaven. Love to all, this is what I want. Happy memories, not tears.” Jill and Joy would like to thank the Crossroads Hospice Team for the angels they sent to help with Alberta’s care. A private memorial and internment have already taken place with Alberta being laid to rest at Hillside Memorial Park in Akron, Ohio.
